Elizabeth C. Penick received her M. Sc. in experimental psychology from Tulane University and her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Washington University in St. Louis in 1975. Sometime prior to April 1968, she was director of the Psychology Laboratory, St. Louis Children's Hospital. Ms. Penick was coordinator of Community Psychological Services at the Malcolm Bliss Mental Health Center in St. Louis in November 1973.
